Juror #8

Were you aware that juror #7, Richelle Nice, was not team Peterson’s first victim as it pertains to their allegations of “juror misconduct?” In 2004, they initially targeted Juror #8, whose name is John Guinasso. And they did so twice, because they revived their plan of discrediting him to facilitate Scott Peterson be granted a new trial once more in 2015.
Only once they failed in their attempt to accuse Guinasso of juror misconduct did they swiftly switch on over to Miss Nice and launched a public smear campaign against her, employing the media as flying monkeys in their witch hunt, thanks to the influence they gained due to Peterson family friend Shareen Anderson’s fraudulent A&E mockumentary “The Murder Of Laci Peterson.”
Why did they first settle on Guinasso? Well, the prosecution discovered the record of the altercation Richelle Nice and her ex-boyfriend had twenty years ago. They turned the information over to the defense who was already in the midst of their own investigation into her past when the report surfaced in 2020.
But they had had the jury questionnaire since 2004, meaning they obviously knew that Nice had made mistakes when filling it out and specifically pushed for Nice to be on the jury although the judge had already excused her based on her work situation. I’ll word it this way: That begs the question whether they hoped no one else knew or would ever notice, in case they ever needed to exploit Nice’s mistakes on question 97a of the questionnaire.

I will post a series of screenshots for you to understand what the first bout of alleged misconduct against Mr. Guinasso involved, as well as the State’s response. As followers of this blog and the Peterson case know, those in favor of Peterson’s innocence are in the habit of posting the Habeas and Appeal claims despite yet being averse of including the reply to them. In this blog post you will be presented with both. Click to enlarge the photos for a better reading experience.

Team Peterson

The State’s Response

First of all, Paula Canny is a criminal defense attorney in the Bay Area. You may be familiar with her as she does legal commentary on television:

Gino Gonzalez is Paula Canny’s friend.
On 11/12/2004 Scott Peterson was convicted of first and second degree murder.
On 11/13/2004 A claim of juror misconduct fell into the lap of Attorney Paula Canny.
Beer breakfasts, secret notebooks and claims of a juror shouting top secret information across the bar… You be the judge. But it’s always advantageous to learn as much as possible about the history of team Peterson’s defense strategies. We hope this post will aid those who still believe Miss Nice lied on her jury questionnaire, rather than realizing that this is an appeal tactic/legal game that they have been playing for years. Decades, in fact.

Hang in there, Richelle. They’ll find another victim or straw to grasp at very soon:
Remember Peterson neighbor Karen Servas and her very credible testimony, backed up by physical evidence, whom Peterson supporters yet ripped apart for years, blaming specifically her alleged lies for the defendant’s demise. Until, that is, they switched gears and Servas’ testimony suddenly supported their newest claims. Their defense strategy is like a toxic relationship: From devaluation to putting someone on a pedestal and back again, a roller coaster if ever there was one. If it’s not Servas, it’s Guinasso, if it’s not Guinasso it’s Nice, if it’s not Nice, it’s the media. Who will be next? The 10 other jurors might want to take cover…
